Drew Ailing
Originally from Buffalo, NY Drew relocated to the Tampa, FL area in 2015. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, and golfing.
A Certified Public Accountant, Drew’s experience ranges from serving private equity and hedge fund clients with PriceWaterhouse Coopers to executing the full scope of buy side acquisition due diligence for a private equity platform company. During his tenure, he has aided the acquisition of over $125M in assets. As a principal of H2O, Drew brings a keen eye for value and a strong entrepreneurial spirit to the table. He has ambitions to grow H2O’s holdings into an attractive acquisition target for a REIT. At H2O Equity, Drew oversees investment strategy and capital deployment.
